Meditation for Kids!
The Meditation for Kids Program, led by Emily Curran, is offered online and in-person at 66 Spadina Rd in Toronto. It combines art, music, games, and stories to introduce meditation to children and families in an engaging way. Participants will enjoy fun meditation games, live original music, and explore various emotions using puppets and dragon figurines, all while learning new techniques without the need to sit still!
Meditation fosters self-awareness, helping individuals voice their thoughts and accept situations. It aids in navigating challenging emotions, promoting personal growth, and encouraging thoughtful responses over impulsive reactions. Invest in you and your family's wellbeing today!
