The Meditation for Kids! Program has been hosted in many wonderful settings including at schools such as Montessori, and Willowdale School of Music as well as in corporate settings such as the offices of Telus as well as in yoga studios and at individual family homes. This program can accomodate you and your unique needs.

Meet Your Meditation Teacher, Emily Curran
Emily Curran
is an artist and musician with 13 years of meditation experience, focusing on Tibetan Buddhist and mindfulness-based practices. She developed the Meditation for Kids program, influenced by Jon Kabat-Zinn's curriculum and other resources. Emily has completed various courses and retreats, serving as a practice leader for Tergar Toronto for a decade.
